The women of Nechalim Village voluntarily produced a heartwarming Hanukah celebration especially for women who have moved out of Bat Melech shelters to begin their independent lives. Over one hundred women from all over Israel joined us for an exciting and pampering morning that was a relief from the complexities of daily life.
During the Hanukah vacation, the children staying at the shelters enjoyed an entertaining, educational and inspiring play performed by the Aspaklarya Ensemble. Another warm thank you to the Nitzanim Community of Jerusalem for their lovely tradition of giving individual Hanukah gelt for each of the children.
